Opening Address: Embracing Hispanic Culture Through Media:  The State of the Hispanic Media Industry

This address on the state of the Hispanic media business worldwide is presented in partnership with the Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC). The overview addresses how television provides advertisers and programmers with a unique access to the world’s Hispanic consumers, and notably the 64 million U.S. residents who identify as Hispanic Americans. Today, they represent 20% of the total US population with a consumer buying power exceeding $2 Trillion.
