Ryan Richards is the Vice President of Audience Insights at Spectrum News, overseeing consumer research and data for Spectrum’s regional news and sports channels. Ryan and his team are responsible for all qualitative and quantitative research activities and data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights to support Spectrum News’ goals. Ryan started with Time Warner Cable as a marketing intern in the sports division before being hired full-time as a Research Analyst. Since then, Ryan has held multiple research leadership positions and has developed the Audience Insights team as a true collaborative partner to Spectrum News’ newsrooms, providing a deep understanding of our audience to guide decisions and better serve customers across the footprint. Ryan earned his BS in Business Administration from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
