Freddy N. Arias is founder and Head of Programming at Tarima. He is tasked with the complex curation of programming catering to the tastes of music of over 60 million Hispanics in the US for the multicultural network with content from around the world. More recently Freddy’s role was elemental in a Spectrum Mobile campaign that included a cinematically produced concert with global superstar Ozuna. He oversees relationships with brands such as Sony Music and Warner Music.
Prior to founding Tarima, Freddy led The Creative Capital, an advertising agency where he was responsible for planning and executing successful campaigns for organizations such as Verifone, DirecTV, beIN Sports, The City of New York among many others. He managed teams of people through ideation to production stage.
With more than 15 years of experience in the creative space, Freddy has become an expert in defining underserved areas within the Hispanic community with the belief that they can reach greater levels of success and go above and beyond the norm. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Freddy moved at a young age to the states. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and also Information Systems with a specialization in Entertainment, Media and Technology from New York University. He currently resides in Miami, Florida.
