Lauren Lumsden is vice president, video programming for the beauty collection, and head of content and creative for Iris, reporting to Croi McNamara, senior vice president, video programming, Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE). 

As vice president of video programming for the beauty collection, Lauren serves as executive producer of all digital videos produced for Condé Nast's beauty collection, which includes Allure and SELF. Lauren is also the head of content and creative for Iris, a video and social-led brand for socially-conscious millennial women that was developed from the highly successful original programming on The Scene, Conde Nast’s video aggregation platform. Iris is part of Condé Nast’s Next Generation Network, which also includes Them, The Hive, AD Clever, Basically, Healthyish, GQ Style and Teen Vogue.
 
Before joining CNE, Lumsden led Cosmopolitan.com’s video efforts and in less than a year, Lumsden and her team brought the publication’s video views from 9 million to more than 110 million per month. She also produced and directed Cosmopolitan’s first short, issue-driven documentaries, “Mom, I’m Not a Girl” and “Back on Two Feet.”

Prior to joining Cosmopolitan, Lumsden spent nearly eight years as an editor at DailyCandy.com where she started the brand’s first-ever video initiative, frequently appeared on national broadcasts as its on-camera talent, and wrote more than a thousand articles.
