Ross Habif has led and was a founding member of A+E’s Corporate Development & Strategy team. In this role he successfully completed a variety of investments and divestments in many media verticals, served on multiple Boards of Directors, and also managed A+E’s ongoing investment portfolio. Additionally, his team developed responses to critical industry trends and cultivated internal opportunities focused on generating continued corporate growth.
Prior to managing these responsibilities, Ross held positions with A+E Networks on both their Distribution and Analytics teams. While working in Distribution, he negotiated linear, digital, and OTT carriage agreements with the largest MVPDs including A+E’s first, precedent setting, OTT deal. In his earlier work with the Multiplatform Analytics team, Ross was instrumental in attaining A+E’s adoption of C3 VOD as well as creating A+E’s first unified reporting system.
Ross began his career in advertising sales with Comcast Spotlight. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film in 2003 and earned both a JD and an MBA from UCLA 2010
