Emily Bromley is Vice President, Growth for FreeWheel, a global technology platform for the TV advertising industry. In this role, Emily manages the growth of FreeWheel’s client base – from publishers to media networks and more – and drives new business for the company. Her efforts aim to enable a diverse, efficient, and interoperable CTV ecosystem: helping the sell side maximize revenue opportunity while driving buy side accessibility, activation, and sustainability. Ultimately her goal is to drive revenue, serve as the voice of her clients, and continue to fortify FreeWheel as a leading industry player.
Celebrating a decade at FreeWheel this year, Emily has progressed through several leadership positions at the company, initially joining to manage existing business revenue, then growing the portfolio of FreeWheel’s largest strategic relationships, to ultimately taking on the management of global growth and new business, where she is now.
Emily has been instrumental in adapting FreeWheel’s approach to a quickly expanding client base in a rapidly changing industry where technology and media have become inherently interconnected. One of her most notable achievements includes winning the Paramount global business in a competitive bid against major players, which led to incredible growth for FreeWheel – exemplifying her ability to diversify client portfolios and drive significant value.
Before joining FreeWheel, Emily worked at CBS Interactive for nearly six years in ad sales and partner management. She demonstrates her expertise and rapport by sharing her knowledge on industry panels, and was most recently honored as a 2023 Cynopsis Rising Star. With over 15 years of industry experience, Emily also serves as an active mentor to others in the field, as a member of the Women in Advertising and Media Employee Resource Group at Comcast as well as a participant in Comcast’s Women In Leadership Program.
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkley in Political Economics. She currently resides in downtown Manhattan, New York.
