Luis Torres-Bohl is the founder and President of Castalia Communications Corporation. He has worked in the communications/media industry for over 35 years, particularly in the production and distribution of channels and programming internationally. Luis was a John Ben Snow Fellow with a Master's Degree from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Over the next twenty years, he has been involved in the development of hundreds of media projects worldwide, from TV Globo International to Mexicanal, MuchMusic Latin America, Travel Channel, European Business News, Canal Plus International, BBC World News, and more.

As a media developer, he created and launched Mexicanal, a paid TV channel serving Mexicans living abroad, and Europa+, a SOVD service bringing the best TV content from Europe to Latin America. Torres-Bohl currently owns and operates both properties.
