Founded 27 years ago, Rasenberger Media has specialized in developing, launching and distributing  television networks. To date, Rasenberger has successfully helped launch and distribute 28 leading Cable TV networks and 20+ FAST (Free Ad Supported streaming) channels including AccuWeather, Newsmax, TV One, Al Jazeera, Outside TV, Outdoor Channel, MGMHD, WCSN (Universal Sports), PBS Nature, RFD-TV, PFLMMA, and many more. Rasenberger Media has advised over 100 major media companies on new business development, strategic partnerships, media investments, network development and acquisitions, market expansion, monetization and distribution strategies. Clients have included WNET, Verizon Wireless, Al Jazeera, WWE, Condé Nast, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, MGM, Universal Music, TDAmeritrade, WURL, AIBUY, Rural Media Group among others.

In June 2024, Rasenberger partnered with OTT Studio and AcTVe TV to form Sports Studio, Inc. to acquire and operate Sports Tribal, the premier Free Sports Streaming platform in Europe. Sports Studio, Inc., for which Rasenberger is Co-President and Co-Owner, plans to rebrand and relaunch Sports Tribal in August 2024 and expand its operations into the US.

Prior to founding her company, Rasenberger helped launch and build the Food Network from a concept through its eventual sale to E.W. Scripps as SVP Distribution and Affiliate Marketing. Previously, Rasenberger held senior management positions at ESPN, TV Guide, Warner Bros TV and served as Publisher of Cablevision Magazine. Rasenberger holds a BA from Harvard University. In recognition for her industry contributions, Rasenberger has been included among CableFax’ "Top 100 Heavy Hitters", “Most Powerful Women” and inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers.
