With a decade of experience at A+E Networks, Erica Barnes serves as the Senior Director of Audience Innovation.  In this role, she oversees the development and execution of A+E’s data-powered ad campaigns.  She is also responsible for helping to develop A+E’s suite of data technology partners, building new pathways to further the cause of effective measurement.  Erica is passionate about helping brands and agencies master the ins and outs of audience-based buying, business outcomes attribution, currency evolution and the many other innovations impacting the media industry.
