José Pablo (JP) has over 20 years of experience as a culturally attuned creative marketing executive, leading courageous clients to achieve outsized growth among the audiences that are shaping where and how the American marketplace is evolving.
JP has executive oversight of GALLEGOS United’s day to day, and in his role, he is responsible for ensuring the agency has the most productive and fulfilling relationships across staff and clients. He has a long track record of advising clients along the trajectory of “start | continue | step up” in marketing communications to Hispanics and has helped create and implement unique agency products, such as Ways To Great Work, a framework to assist in determining the degree of customization needed on creative assets to effectively connect and drive growth with the Hispanic audience.
Under JP’s leadership, GALLEGOS United has produced creatively effective, business building and award-winning campaigns for clients, such as Comcast, the California Milk Processor Board, Chick-fil-A, DoorDash, and the California Department of Public Health. Prior to joining the agency, JP held leadership positions at advertising agencies BRAVO/Y&R and Omnicom’s Dieste, and brought multiple campaigns to market for Fortune 500 brands, such as HBO, Hewlett-Packard, and CVS/pharmacy.
