Bio

Gloria is an accomplished and widely recognized leader of Multicultural media in America. She has the unique experience of being one of the key promoters and architects of the U.S. Hispanic Market’s media landscape and its growth explosion, playing an exciting, protagonist role at a time when some of the largest brands entered the Hispanic Market in a significant way. As such, she was fundamental in establishing the media commitments from the likes of blue-chip clients, including AT&T, Sears, U.S. Postal Service, Kraft, Bank of America, and Mazola Corn Oil among others. As Partner and Chief Contact Strategist at d expósito & Partners, Gloria has continued to introduce new brands to the Hispanic, Multicultural and Broad market media environments, helping to strategically guide clients like AARP, Amica, McDonald’s, various New York City agencies, Point32Health, U.S Army and Tajín, to name a few.

Gloria Constanza, a New Yorker who hails from the Dominican Republic, has played historic roles, lending her expertise for the monumental task of properly and insightfully reaching out to the diverse U.S. audiences, including all Latino sub-segments, with messages from the 2000 and 2010 U.S. Census decennial counts, thus finally permitting the Census Bureau to assess the numerical impact of the Hispanic population in America. Since then, she has continued building and expanding the DEX media practice beyond Hispanic capabilities to include Multicultural and Broad market campaigns that are multi-channel in scope.

Gloria has received many accolades for her media campaigns and leadership in Hispanic and Multicultural marketing. This past April 2023, she was inducted into the Hispanic Marketing Council Hall of Fame and in June 2023, she received the Medallas de Cortez Award for Distinguished Hispanic Marketing Leadership, and in 2007 she received the Executive Media Planner of the Year Award, by HMC. New York’s El Diario/La Prensa selected her for their 2005 Mujeres Destacadas (Accomplished Women) Award. She is a member of the 4A’s Media Measurement Committee.  She is also a dedicated and nurturing mentor to generations of media practitioners in the industry.
