As the Senior Vice President, Platform Strategy, Development & Distribution for QVC and HSN, Dave Apostolico primarily focuses on expanding the reach of the brands’ five broadcast channels – QVC, QVC2, QVC3, HSN, and HSN2 as well as the reach of the QVC+/HSN+ Streaming Service. Dave consistently works with all QVC/HSN distribution partners to ensure they have the necessary rights to carry Qurate Retail Group’s networks and streaming service on all offerings to their viewers. With the power of TV continuing to evolve, Dave strives to cultivate win-win relationships that grant rights to QRG’s partners, all while working to broaden the reach of the brands’ five channels and the QVC+/HSN+ Streaming Service. QVC and HSN’s primary channels are available across all platforms and reach more than 100 million US homes.  QVC+/HSN+ include the live shows you know and love from QVC® and HSN® PLUS exclusive shows, channels, and events, PLUS new and returning favorites including people, brands, and experiences, PLUS deals that can’t be beat.

Prior to joining QVC nearly 25 years ago, Dave worked in private practice as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. Working in QVC’s legal department, Dave worked across multiple business functions gaining unique insight into all areas of the QVC business. In Platform Expansion & Distribution, Dave has contributed significantly to the business, helping QVC and HSN expand their household reach across platforms. He continues to transform the cable industry through the deployment of next-generation interactive applications with our cable partners.

Most recently, Dave was honored in the 2021 Cablefax 100 List, highlighting the most influential executives whose leadership continues to take the industry to new heights. Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Dave lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife and their five children.
