J-T Ladt is Chief Content Officer for Fuse Media, a cross-platform entertainment media brand for multicultural youth. He oversees creative content development and current production of long and short-form original programming for all Fuse Media’s content platforms. In addition, he also leads the Fuse Digital Content Studio, a new division of the company that creates digital native content for all Fuse Media platforms, social channels, and other distributors.
He joined Fuse Media from Red Bull Media House’s Red Bull TV where he served as head of development tasked with expanding Red Bull’s global media footprint into long and short-form narrative-based content.


Ladt also created and served as executive producer for National Geographic Channel’s true crime series Missing Dial. Previous to that he served as vice president of programming and development at National Geographic Channel, where he spearheaded West Coast development, including the Emmy winning series Life Below Zero. Ladt also served as co-head of development for production company Renegade 83 where he was responsible for developing projects for multiple networks including Discovery, Spike, VH1, Style, Bravo, Syfy, TLC, ABC, Fox, and the CW. Prior to Renegade 83, Ladt was co-executive producer and partner with showrunner James Bruce, producing long and short-form series for broadcast, cable, and digital platforms. He started his career in the mailroom as an agent trainee at the Gersh Agency.
