Elisa Segovia

Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Brand Strategy

Elisa Segovia is currently Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Brand Strategy at Univision.  In this role, she serves as the Chief of Staff to Univision’s Chief Marketing Officer and oversees the Corporate Marketing division.  Specifically, she is responsible for owning and managing Univision’s corporate marketing assets as well as leading internal and external branding efforts across Univision’s networks as well as any brand extensions, all validated through data and consumer insights. Segovia has helped to spearhead some of the company’s most high-profile, award-winning campaigns, including Univision’s first-ever brand campaign, “Todo Es Posible” (Everything is Possible), a comprehensive, multi-platform initiative around Hispanic America’s core values and the recently expanded “Se Habla USA,” an initiative for Latino youth that celebrates Latino culture and contributions in the U.S.

Segovia has also held roles within Univision’s Strategy and Insights group, advising CPG and Mass Retail clients on the development and success of their Hispanic marketing strategies. Prior to Univision, she worked in market research for boutique consulting firm Orion Consultants, specializing in developing customer relationship strategies for financial institutions.
Segovia’s passion for developing professional opportunities for the younger employee base at Univision led her to help found and lead eMERGE, the company’s employee resource group for young professionals that launched in 2015.

Segovia has a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. with a marketing focus from Columbia University. She currently resides in New York City and is a native of El Salvador. She was a member of the competitive 2017-2018 class at the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
